Before Your First Reading
You don't need to learn geomancy to use SAGE. If you can describe your situation, you're ready to begin.

► How to ask a good question (2 min)
- Be specific. Instead of "What about my career?", ask "Should I accept the offer from Company X?"
- Ask one question. Don't combine multiple queries. "Should I move or accept the job?" requires two separate readings.
- Describe your situation. The more context you provide, the sharper the AI's interpretation.

What Can You Ask?
It helps you examine specific, present-tense situations — the kind that matter and don’t have an obvious answer:
- “Should I move forward with this opportunity — or is something standing in the way?”
- “Why is this situation not working despite my efforts?”
- “What is actually influencing this outcome right now?”
- “What should I be focusing on in relation to this decision?”
- “What are the underlying dynamics in this relationship?”
- “Is this the right time to act — or would waiting change the picture?”
The more specific and present-tense your question, the more precise the reading. Avoid testing the system by asking the same question twice.

Web Input Methods
Western Geomancy Tradition
The Western Geomancy tradition emphasizes the Stream of Synchronicity as the primary method for digital geomancy:
- The Stream of Synchronicity:
When you click the "Randomize Mothers" button, the randomization process generates the binary figures used to create the chart at the moment of inquiry. The SAGE algorithm maps that result into a frozen geomantic snapshot.
- Manual Click Input:
If you are casting with physical methods outside the system (sand marks, dice, or coin flips), you can click on each row of a Mother figure to manually enter your results. The UI will toggle between points and lines.
- Contextual Framing:
Enter your Name, select the House (Bhava) that relates to your query, and write your question in the provided field to sharpen the AI's interpretive focus.
- Generate Chart:
Click generate shield to derive the 15-figure chart (Mothers, Daughters, Nephews, Witnesses, and Judge) or the full 16-figure Ramal map.
Indian Ramal Shastra Tradition
The Ramal tradition follows the sacred method of dice casting to generate the four उम्महात (Ummahat):
- Digital Casting (Simulated Dice):
On the website, click the "Cast" button to simulate throwing the traditional dice. Each click simulates one roll (Odd = ●, Even = —) and automatically fills the next position, moving bottom-to-top and right-to-left (Ummahat 1 on the right, Ummahat 4 on the left). You will click 4 times to complete the four Mothers.
- Physical Casting (Manual Entry):
If you are casting with real dice or cowrie shells outside the system, you can use the 'Manual Entry' mode. Simply click on each individual row of the Ummahat to toggle between a dot (●) and a line (—) until the display matches your physical results.
- Kurcha Casting:
For immediate readings, use the "Cast Kurcha" button. This simulates the traditional Ramal method of casting all four Mothers at once, generating the complete set of Ummahat in a single action.
- Enter Context:
Enter your Name, select the Bhava (House) related to your question, and write your query in detail. House selection helps frame the reading within the appropriate life-sector.
- Construct the Chart:
Click preview (local) to see your chart reflected, then press generate shield to calculate the full 16-house Ramal Kundali.
- View Results:
Click "Go to reading" to receive your Ramal interpretation.
Premium Analysis & Adjustments
When submitting a Premium reading, SAGE's AI automatically analyzes your query to detect the most appropriate House (Bhava) and Query Type (e.g. Aagan/Incoming vs. Gamana/Outgoing).
Before Generation: You can review and alter these auto-detected parameters before confirming the reading.
After Generation: If you would like to analyze the chart on another house related to the theme of your query, you can go back to the chart from the reading page, select a secondary house, and generate a new reading (at the cost of 1 energy).
► Premium features & modules (3 min)
Specialist Modules
SAGE recently introduced several advanced algorithmic modules designed to analyze your geomantic chart through specialized doctrinal lenses:
- Resource Discovery Engine: Locates hidden assets, missing items, or untapped energy reserves using complex vector analysis of the shield.
- Aftermath Forecasting: Projects long-term consequences and the ultimate resolution of a situation by isolating the Reconciler (16th figure).
- Corporate Stability Audit & Executive Succession: Evaluates organizational hierarchies and leadership transitions.
- Crisis Postmortem & Forensic Analysis: Deconstructs past events to understand underlying causes and hidden motives.
- Security Profiling: Identifies vulnerabilities and threats in your current environment.
- Market & Day Trading Windows: Short-term predictive analytics tailored for financial and asset-trading decisions.
- Somatic Diagnostics: Analyzes bodily well-being through elemental balances.
- Auspicious Timing (Muhurta): Determines the most energetically favorable moments to act based on planetary hours and chart configurations.
These specialist modules are available on the Select Reading page alongside the standard oracle options, allowing you to choose the exact analytical framework your situation demands.
